Sales IQ allows you to add “Articles” to your chat window. If you have identified information that your chat visitors most often request, you can use this template to provide easy access to it. Not only does this free up chat time, it also allows your visitors to view or download the information they need without having to ask the chat agent for it or search through the site if there is no agent available.

First, modify the chat window template to include the articles tab.

After that, simply add the articles by selecting “Settings” > “Templates” > “Articles”.
